About This Role
- Lead and orchestrate complex, cross-functional technical programs ensuring seamless execution and delivery with clear dependence management and bottleneck resolution.
- Serve as operational lead for high-stakes product launches, establishing readiness criteria, managing risks, and leading post-launch hypercare support.
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and executive leadership, aligning priorities across departments and translating technical details into business insights.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in operational settings.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP, Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
- Basic technical knowledge of Java, HTML, and CSS or equivalent technical program management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
