About This Role
- Lead design and development of Python-based AI solutions leveraging frontier LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, etc.) for drug development document generation.
- Build and optimize full-stack applications including prompt engineering pipelines, AI-powered dashboards, user interfaces (React.js), and scalable backend services (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain best practices in an Agile/product environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of software development experience with a minimum of 2 years in full stack development.
- At least 1 year hands-on experience working with frontier LLMs and associated AI techniques (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines).
- Proficiency in Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django), React.js, RESTful APIs, and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced AI/ML model integrations and API orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) in data-intensive environments.
- Comfortable leading AI-powered product features end-to-end, combining front-end and back-end expertise in a regulated, scientific drug development context.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor developers to elevate team capabilities and drive agile best practices.
