About This Role
- Own end-to-end design lifecycle for web and mobile apps including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides ensuring product consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and resolve design gaps.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years professional UI/UX design experience in product or software services environment.
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading full design cycles with strong user research and usability testing skills.
- Skilled at building and scaling design systems and ensuring adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Able to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and mentor design team members, indicating leadership capability.
