Experience working with non-English speaking countries and operating in global, matrixed environments.
Experienced in leading global HR process transitions and centralization programs across regions including EMEA, LATAM, CIS, Russia, and other international markets.
Strong capability to independently conduct process discovery, develop SOPs, design operating models, and lead transformation toward centralized Global HR Operations.
Comfortable building from scratch in a build-and-transform role with flexibility to broaden into International or India HR Operations leadership roles.
