Lead execution of the RESPOND product roadmap for SOAR and AI-augmented security operations automation in partnership with SOC and Incident Response teams.
Design, build, test, and maintain scalable SOAR playbooks, AI workflows, notebooks, and integration connectors across security tooling ecosystems.
Embed with SOC/DFIR analysts to automate high-toil workflows and optimize playbooks and AI tools for measurable incident response outcomes (MTTR, false positives, analyst touch time).
Minimum Requirements
5+ years in security operations, incident response, detection engineering, or security automation engineering.
Hands-on SOAR development experience with automation tools and scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
Experience integrating AI-driven workflows (e.g., LLMs, agentic AI) into SOC tools and incident response processes.
Working knowledge of EDR, SIEM, identity, cloud platforms, APIs, and incident response fundamentals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced SOC engineer or analyst comfortable translating product vision into operational AI-augmented security automation at scale.
Proficient in developing and maintaining automation scripts, SOAR playbooks, and AI prompt libraries integrated with enterprise security tools.
Has worked in agile product delivery environments with measurable focus on improving incident response efficiency and analyst workflows.
