Experience working in Global Capability Centres (GCC), shared services, or multinational corporate environments with cross-regional stakeholder management.
Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, NetSuite and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Ability to lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and support finance transformation projects within a fast-paced environment.
