About This Role
- Lead commercial structuring for deals, ensuring pricing, margin, and risk alignment.
- Manage end-to-end forecasting, revenue & cost management, bench & overhead cost optimization, and scenario analyses.
- Own management reporting and drive AI-enabled process innovation in FP&A for timely business insights and decision support.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A or business finance, preferably in IT services/technology.
- Strong expertise in deal commercial structuring, bid vs. did analysis, and revenue accounting relevant to IT services.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- MBA (Finance) preferred; CA/CMA with relevant experience also considered.
