At least 1 year of experience in financial crime compliance, retail/commercial banking, or global diversified financial services organizations.
Knowledge of money laundering laws and regulations including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and Suspicious Activity Reporting requirements.
Experience with client and transaction monitoring processes and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Proven ability to perform financial crime investigations, customer due diligence, and sanctions screening with attention to regulatory standards.
Experience or familiarity with AML software platforms (e.g., Actimize, Verafin) and financial crime technology tools.
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively across geographically distributed teams, capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
