Proven ability to manage end-to-end business analysis deliverables in Agile and waterfall project methodologies within financial services.
Strong collaboration skills demonstrated by leading interviews, facilitating requirements sessions, and negotiating between business and technology teams.
Experience leading projects with on-shore business partners and mentoring junior analysts in a fast-paced, minimal supervision environment with multiple priorities.
