About This Role
- Lead business analysis activities across project lifecycle within complex financial systems, including requirements definition, user story creation, testing, and implementation support.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum teams, and technology, ensuring clear traceability from business needs to technical delivery.
- Mentor junior analysts and lead requirements and testing efforts, collaborating with on-shore partners to deliver initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in business analysis within financial services or related domain.
- Extensive experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, including user story creation, grooming, and working with associated tools like JIRA, MS Visio, MS Excel, and BlueWorks Live.
- Experience with financial systems and applications, including understanding historical Mainframe/CICS applications and user interfaces.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end business analysis deliverables in Agile and waterfall project methodologies within financial services.
- Strong collaboration skills demonstrated by leading interviews, facilitating requirements sessions, and negotiating between business and technology teams.
- Experience leading projects with on-shore business partners and mentoring junior analysts in a fast-paced, minimal supervision environment with multiple priorities.
