About This Role
- Own the design, development, and execution of Playwright automation scripts using Python.
- Manage defect triage and take full ownership of assigned testing activities and deliverables within the Quality Engineering team.
- Collaborate proactively with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end validation of system behavior and integration quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of Automation Testing experience with basic Manual Testing skills.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright automation using Python, including script design and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience with Test Management tools such as Spira and strong defect management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing automation frameworks using Playwright with Python, specifically using Page Object Model (POM).
- Comfortable troubleshooting and debugging complex Playwright automation issues independently.
- Demonstrates ownership of quality outcomes beyond script execution, with ability to manage end-to-end integration testing and collaborate across teams.
