About This Role
- Own and optimize retail banking processes across Deposits, Lending, and Payments from discovery, design, rollout to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive UAT planning and execution, define BRD/FRD and process documentation, implement process metrics, and support risk and compliance audits.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in retail banking process consulting with at least one domain: Deposits, Lending, or Payments; cross-domain exposure preferred.
- Degree requirements: BE/B.Tech and MBA or postgraduate professional degree.
- Mandatory skills: Core Banking and Business Analysis.
- Strong regulatory knowledge including RBI, KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, NPCI guidelines, Fair Practices Code, IRAC/NPA norms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end process consulting within retail banking with focus on Deposits, Lending, and/or Payments.
- Capable of managing stakeholder relationships and translating business needs into detailed functional requirements.
- Familiar with core banking systems (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube), process optimization methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma, and UAT leadership.
