Experienced in managing complex contractual documents within IT managed services environments, especially across multi-supplier frameworks.
Demonstrates strong governance mindset with exceptional attention to detail in contract execution and financial compliance.
Able to diplomatically enforce processes and communicate complex contractual and performance issues clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.
