Minimum age 18 years; physically fit for operational duties involving standing, walking, lifting shipments during shifts.
Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays; basic English reading and computer/scanner usage skills.
Candidate comfortable with physically demanding, frontline operational roles requiring attention to detail, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
Ability to work in a structured environment supporting tight operational service level agreements and team targets.
Experience or aptitude for working in logistics or warehousing environments with willingness to learn and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
