Experienced in handling CMS business operations with a thorough understanding of regulatory and payment flows including reconciliations.
Demonstrated ability to handle system requirements, UAT, and collaborating across IT and business support groups for process and system improvements.
Analytical, detail-oriented with problem-solving skills, capable of managing teams and driving automation or new project rollouts within operational banking environment.
