Experienced in manual QA for enterprise software in regulated or complex environments, familiar with behavioral health or clinical software advantageous but not explicitly required.
Strong leadership skills demonstrated by mentoring junior engineers and driving QA process improvements in Agile/Scrum settings.
Technical proficiency in API testing, automation basics, and integration with CI/CD tools, with analytical and stakeholder communication focus.
