About This Role
- Lead the hands-on technical build and configuration of complex Salesforce CPQ implementations, including product bundles, pricing rules, quote calculations, and approval workflows.
- Oversee and mentor an engineering team, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and enterprise architecture.
- Manage large-scale data migration workstreams and coordinate release management tasks, including deployments and environment management for Salesforce programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of IT experience with strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration and development, including integrations via REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience leading engineering teams and conducting code reviews with focus on best practices.
- Skilled in large-scale data migration processes, data quality governance, and release management coordination.
