About This Role
- Design, build, and deliver scalable full stack solutions including APIs, microservices, and micro frontends for core P&C insurance operations.
- Own end-to-end development lifecycle from design through deployment ensuring performance, reliability, and code quality within policy administration systems.
- Contribute to platform modernization and architecture evolution while mentoring engineers and promoting best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience building large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge with hands-on experience in Policy Administration systems (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco).
- Proficient in full stack development including C#, .NET, Java or similar; experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, React or Angular, JavaScript, SQL Server, Postgres.
- Experience with microservices, micro frontends, integration patterns, and cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Experienced in architecting and delivering scalable enterprise software in the P&C insurance domain, especially policy administration.
- Technical leader comfortable working across backend and frontend systems with hands-on ownership of end-to-end delivery.
- Able to influence architecture decisions and elevate team standards through mentoring in a distributed team environment.
