About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of secure and performant gateway controls and auditing/session mechanics for Privileged Access Management (PAM) product.
- Maintain decoupled architecture with resilient APIs enabling PAM platform as an independent tenant within core infrastructure.
- Own operational health, reliability telemetry, and documentation; partner cross-functionally to design and validate technical solutions with Product and Design teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years of Software Engineering experience with team lead experience.
- Proficiency in AI-Led Development using C#/.NET, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Experience with secure gateway architectures, reverse proxies, session proxying (SSH, RDP, HTTPS), Identity and Access Management, key-rotation protocols, and real-time audit logging.
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), automated test frameworks, and observability tools (APM, alerting, telemetry).

- Experienced in leading cross-functional, outcome-driven engineering teams with emphasis on security and scalability.
- Strong background in security domain, particularly zero-trust and zero-knowledge architectures, encryption, and threat modeling.
- Strategic contributor passionate about open source, developer advocacy, and building robust security-oriented products.
