About This Role
- Define, evolve, and drive enterprise-wide test automation strategy, architecture, standards, and framework roadmap.
- Design, implement, and scale reusable automation frameworks across multiple domains ensuring integration with CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage automation demand, capacity, tools, licences, risks; provide governance and report automation coverage and progress to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–14 years of experience in automation testing.
- Strong expertise in automation strategy, framework design, architecture, and implementation.
- Hands-on knowledge of automation tools, scripting, CI/CD integration, and reporting mechanisms.
- Experience managing tooling, budgets, licences, and automation-related risks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale, complex automation across multiple domains with strategic planning and governance skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Test Managers, Product Owners, and engineering stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives.
- Proven ability to assess automation feasibility, scale solutions, and handle stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
