Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Hands-on experience with Java, Springboot, Microservices, and AWS.
Proficient in coding with one or more programming languages and experienced in software development lifecycle including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with capability to evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in system design, application development, testing, and maintaining operational stability in large corporate environments.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern middleware services is preferred.
Capable of guiding peers on responsible and secure use of AI-assisted development tools within engineering workflows.
