About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable, reliable cloud-hosted enterprise applications using AWS, Python, .NET Core/C#, Java, and PostgreSQL.
- Provide technical leadership and day-to-day engineering guidance, including design/code reviews and mentoring for the development team.
- Drive solution design from architecture through detailed application, API, data, integration, and workflows, ensuring alignment with architecture, security, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial software product development.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS technologies (including Lambda, Glue, S3) and infrastructure management on AWS.
- 6+ years of proven experience with .NET Core, C#, and Python development.
- 4+ years of proven experience in Angular development (experience with React is a plus).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing distributed, asynchronous, and data-intensive cloud solutions using AWS.
- Strong collaborator capable of translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, working closely with Product Management and Architects.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive high technical quality through mentorship, design/code reviews, and risk management.
