About This Role
- Lead complex and companywide technology initiatives in Core Banking Platform focusing on Customer Account Ledger and Transaction Processing.
- Develop and enforce engineering standards and best practices for large-scale technology solutions across the company.
- Design, code, test, review, and debug enterprise-grade Java applications, lead projects, teams, and mentor senior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent combination of education, training, military service).
- 5+ years of Java development experience building high-availability enterprise systems.
- Experience with low-latency system design, performance optimization, concurrency, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
- Experience working in banking domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record designing scalable streaming and real-time data platforms using Kafka, Flink or similar.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architectures, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience leading or mentoring senior engineering teams with strong collaboration across engineering, operations, and business functions.
