About This Role
- Own end-to-end system development cycle in Agile, from requirements to maintenance, delivering scalable solutions in a finance domain.
- Design and develop high-level and detailed technical designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans for enterprise software.
- Collaborate with global multi-stakeholder teams and business partners to analyze needs, ensure robust testing, and promote cross-divisional reuse.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years professional experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful Services, Kafka, and build tools like Gradle/Maven.
- Proficiency in relational databases with SQL and/or MongoDB; experience in microservice development and related tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Logstash.
- Strong skills in test-driven development using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber, plus core programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in relevant technologies and domain as described.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full-stack design and development with hands-on coding in Java and familiarity with Python or Scala, suitable for dynamic, fast-paced finance projects.
- Able to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while effectively communicating with global technical and business teams.
- Skilled in modern toolkits (Guava, JodaTime) and persistence solutions, enabling robust, high-quality software development with emphasis on reuse and testing.
