About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks and scripts using Python, Robot Framework, and Appium across embedded, mobile, and cloud applications.
- Execute and maintain automated tests within CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, analyze failures, debug issues, log defects, and verify fixes.
- Create and implement GUI test scripts for web and mobile platforms and contribute to system-level and end-to-end testing efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of QA Automation experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Python coding for test automation.
- Proficient in Robot Framework and Appium for test automation.
- Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and version control systems like Git, along with Jira and Confluence for issue and documentation management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering (B.Tech or M.Tech).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in product development, Centre of Excellence (CoE), or R&D environments with exposure to multiple global locations.
- Background in domains like HVAC, Automotive, or Medical Devices, with exposure to embedded systems, mobile, and cloud platforms.
- Strong practical experience building and enhancing automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD workflows, suggesting an operational and delivery-focused mindset.
