About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and microservices architecture.
- Translate business requirements into low-level technical designs independently and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of hands-on Python development experience with strong OOP knowledge.
- Proficiency with FastAPI, Django, or Flask and experience in microservices and RESTful API development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL); familiarity with MongoDB is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in software architecture, low-level design, design patterns, and application performance optimization.
- Capable of handling end-to-end backend development independently and leading technical discussions.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams including Frontend and DevOps.
