About This Role
- Design and develop scalable backend solutions for Salesforce Commerce Cloud with a focus on headless commerce architecture and API integrations.
- Lead development of order lifecycle, checkout, promotions, catalog, and pricing backend components including custom cartridges and middleware.
- Own performance optimization, code quality (code reviews), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience.
- Strong experience with SFCC architecture, headless commerce, OCAPI, SCAPI, and third-party system integrations (OMS, ERP, payment gateways).
- Experience with REST APIs, middleware integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large scale, global, multi-site SFCC implementations with multi-currency support.
- Operates with strong technical ownership and architectural design skills in a backend ecommerce platform context.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and delivering maintainable code in agile teams.
