About This Role
- Develop, document, and maintain product needs and system/software requirements with traceability.
- Use GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini) to generate and refine system engineering documentation and ensure accuracy of AI outputs.
- Participate in system integration testing, create test plans and cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of related experience or advanced degree without experience.
- Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., Jama Connect) and software development tools like Jira.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years in related field or advanced degree without experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with Systems Engineering principles focused on hardware and software design, preferably in New Product Development.
- Skilled in using GenAI tools to generate and refine documentation with critical review of AI outputs.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environments including interfacing with software developers, hardware engineers, and QA teams.
