About This Role
- Design and define scalable, secure software architecture for enterprise applications, ensuring performance and alignment with business needs.
- Lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions across multiple projects while establishing architectural standards and best practices.
- Drive GenAI projects by rapidly turning concepts into runnable POCs/MVPs, and mentor engineering teams on architecture and design patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in software architecture or senior technical leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture, distributed systems, API design (RESTful services), and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Proficiency in Java, Python or C++, with experience in frameworks/tools like Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform), and ability to oversee implementation of architectural standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex software architecture with a focus on scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Comfortable managing multiple parallel POCs and iterating quickly in ambiguous environments, with a product/outcome mindset.
- Proficient in fullstack development with a DevOps mindset, able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
