About This Role
- Lead the architecture and technical roadmap for a global, multi-tenant SaaS platform powering millions of users.
- Design distributed systems ensuring scalability, sub-millisecond latency, and support rapid global growth.
- Drive operational excellence and AI adoption across product capabilities and software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience, with 4+ years in Principal or Staff role focused on large-scale SaaS.
- Expertise in Java & Spring Boot for high-scale microservices, Apache Kafka, LDAP, OpenSearch, and AWS cloud platform experience.
- Working knowledge of React.js and experience designing resilient, multi-tenant distributed systems is mandatory.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of defining long-term scalable architecture for multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Strong background in distributed systems design with operational ownership partnering with SRE and DevOps teams.
- Proven ability to lead AI integration into product development and software lifecycle processes.
