About This Role
- Lead globally distributed engineering teams to deliver multiple customer projects with full ownership of project P&L including revenue and profitability management.
- Drive AI-enabled engineering and delivery to improve productivity, quality, automation, and customer outcomes using AI tools and solutions.
- Engage directly with senior customers in US/Europe, managing escalations and pre-sales technical solutioning, while ensuring project scope, schedule, quality, and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience leading distributed engineering teams and managing multiple fixed-bid, time & materials, support, maintenance, or managed-service engagements.
- Strong technical background in modern application development, cloud, APIs, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and software architecture.
- Work Experience Required: 12-15 years; explicit location requirement: Bangalore; experience working directly with US and/or European customers, with onsite customer engagement highly preferred.
