Collect, clean, validate, and analyze operational data from SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other enterprise sources to support decision-making across order fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, and customer care.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to monitor metrics like supply chain, order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, and Manufacturing teams to support process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, IT, Mathematics, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or Operations (including internships or project experience).
Basic knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with knowledge of Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Early-career analyst with experience or exposure to data analysis in supply chain or operations environments within life sciences or diagnostics sectors.
Comfortable working with multiple data tools including Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and SAP data extraction and validation.
Able to support cross-functional teams in operational process improvements and digital transformation projects in a global company.
