About This Role
- Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities for new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team.
- Identify, define, and implement necessary system enhancements using programming and scripting tools, including analyzing and interpreting code.
- Recommend and implement programming solutions by consulting with users, clients, and technology groups, exercising autonomy and sound risk judgment.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant applications development experience including Core Java (multithreading, concurrency, collections, transaction management), Springboot, basic RDBMS, Cloud concepts, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Experience in system analysis and software application programming.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 6-10 years

- Proficient with Java-based application development and integration with modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
