About This Role
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Oversee design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based solutions with high-volume and low-latency performance.
- Engage with architects and technology teams to align technical strategy and troubleshoot technical issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Core), Spring Framework including Spring Boot and Spring MVC, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
- Experience in RESTful API design and development and integration of frontend technologies such as React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Experienced leader capable of providing technical leadership and mentoring within a development team.
- Skilled in full stack development with ability to integrate frontend (React) with backend services effectively.
