About This Role
- Own and manage the product backlog including writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories aligned with business value.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap covering current and future delivery stages, translating strategy into actionable plans.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary product team by facilitating stakeholder reviews, mentoring, and aligning with adjacent teams to ensure cohesive product strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related product delivery role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing product backlogs and delivering value in financial services, preferably with client onboarding or CRM systems.
- Skilled in translating business strategy into delivery plans and managing dependencies, risks, and team alignment.
- Comfortable working with SAFe frameworks and possessing strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
