About This Role
- Support implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Workday and related HR technologies including Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, and Onboarding modules.
- Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Manage system upgrades, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation while ensuring data privacy compliance and supporting stakeholder collaboration and user training.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR technology or related domain.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in computer science but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Workday or other HCM systems and exposure to HR processes across employee lifecycle preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 2-6 years as explicitly mentioned in the JD.

- Experienced in end-to-end HR technology implementations with capability to manage system integrations and data migrations in Workday environment.
