About This Role
- Design, build, and scale AI-powered applications, backend services, and multi-step agentic workflows integrating LLM and AI capabilities with external platforms.
- Develop and maintain MCP-based integrations enabling secure AI system interaction with external tools, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Support production environments by improving AI workflow efficiency, reliability, observability, and resolving incidents, while collaborating cross-functionally to define scalable AI deployment patterns.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, backend engineering, or applied AI engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
- Experience designing or building AI agents, multi-step orchestration workflows, and integrating AI or LLM capabilities into production systems using MCP or similar integration patterns.
- Candidates must be based in APAC or LATAM with working-hours overlap to U.S. Central Time; APAC candidates should overlap India Standard Time extending through 11:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time.
