About This Role
- Lead design, build, and deployment of end-to-end intelligent automation solutions combining RPA, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.
- Manage moderately complex technical initiatives including strategy planning, coding, testing, and documentation.
- Lead projects, resolve complex technical challenges, and provide guidance to less experienced staff in automation and AI integration.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience (work experience, training, military experience, or education equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with intelligent automation and RPA tools (UiPath or equivalent).
- Experience integrating AI-driven solutions using programming languages like Python, and working with LLM platforms (Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent).
- Preferred certifications in RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, GenAI/LLM technologies, or cloud AI (UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Google, Microsoft, AWS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-grade software engineering focused on automation lifecycle from design through deployment and maintenance.
- Skilled in building and integrating AI agent frameworks and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google ADK.
- Proficient with scalable, maintainable solution design including AI/LLM Ops, CI/CD, secure coding, and cloud-agnostic deployment environments.
