Remote role and mid-level seniority increase competition, but niche .NET+LLM specialization reduces applicant density.
Role requires combined enterprise .NET and LLM expertise, limiting cross-industry transferability.
Multiple mandatory skills (C#/.NET, Python, LLM/RAG, Azure DevOps) enforce high shortlisting strictness.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and build backend services including REST APIs and microservices.
Integrate AI capabilities including Python-based AI features, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agentic frameworks into operational platforms.
Drive modern engineering practices using Azure DevOps for CI/CD, source control, and agile delivery while contributing to AI-enabled operational workflow automation.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, REST API and microservice design, and relational databases like SQL Server.
Experience with Python and building AI-enabled applications using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI API integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini etc.).
Experience with Azure DevOps including CI/CD pipelines, source control, and Docker.
Experienced software engineer with a hybrid skillset in scalable enterprise .NET development combined with practical AI application integration.
Practitioner of modern cloud-native development and AI orchestration technologies, comfortable with multi-agent workflow automation and AI model integration in production environments.
Able to collaborate across product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver complex AI-powered operational systems with focus on scalability, security, and performance.
