About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Account Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching projects using Oracle EPM ARCS.
- Configure and manage reconciliation setups including periods, organizational units, formats, match types, and auto-match rules.
- Develop reports via RTF templates and SQL scripting to support reconciliation processes and workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of total work experience with at least 4 end-to-end Account Reconciliation implementations.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation Compliance (ARCS) including setup and auto-matching capabilities.
- Working knowledge of SQL scripting, BI Publisher, and experience with FDMEE/DM data integration tools.
- Educational qualifications including BE, MBA, CA, BCom, or MCom.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full project lifecycle delivery of Oracle ARCS implementations for finance transformation.
- Proficient in technical configuration, transaction loading, adjustments (GL, sub-ledger, intercompany), and complex reporting for reconciliations.
- Capable of translating client requirements into ARCS workflows and automation rules, emphasizing operational accuracy and compliance.
