About This Role
- Own end-to-end design for a complex creation surface including information architecture, interaction details, and polish.
- Design template and configuration systems adaptable across multiple brands and use cases.
- Manage design system components for multi-tenant platforms with varied user skill levels and permissions, collaborating closely with engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of product design experience with platform design focus (multi-tenant, role-based, reusable templates).
- Experience with creation or authoring tools such as editors, design tools, no-code builders, CMS, IDEs, or creative software.
- Ability to prototype high-fidelity designs with real logic or code.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru (on-site).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has designed platforms or authoring environments that require managing complex interactions and multi-user roles.
- Experienced in solving complex interaction design problems involving hierarchies, multi-state objects, and progressive disclosure.
- Able to reason and argue design decisions clearly, emphasizing logical justification over aesthetics.
