About This Role
- Lead and execute large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives and roadmap aligned with GCC and enterprise objectives.
- Manage end-to-end business transitions including planning, risk management, and benefit realization to enable seamless service migrations.
- Establish and govern PMO standards and oversee a portfolio of strategic programs ensuring governance, prioritization, value realization, and executive reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, transitions, PMO, management consulting, strategic programs, or Global Capability Center environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and business transitions.
- Strong program and portfolio management skills including governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder management.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years

- Experienced in leading and influencing senior global stakeholders, with a focus on enterprise-scale transformation and transitions.
- Skilled in defining and implementing governance frameworks, operational readiness, and data-driven PMO practices.
- Demonstrates ability to drive adoption of automation, AI, and continuous improvement in business processes within a Global Capability Center or similar environment.
