About This Role
- Own the development and enhancement of a highly automated lending platform supporting Securities Based Lending, Tailored Lending, and Mortgage businesses at Morgan Stanley U.S. Banks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, operations, credit, finance, and business stakeholders to define requirements, solve technical issues, and transform workflows.
- Manage end user research, data analysis, wireframe design, and communicate project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years professional experience in technology development within an agile environment.
- Working knowledge of financial lending products is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in product management or business analysis within financial services, particularly lending or wealth management.
- Able to operate in fast-paced environments with high ownership and accountability for technical and non-technical deliverables.
- Capable of strategic problem solving, breaking down complex goals, and managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
