About This Role
- Facilitate Agile events like PI and sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to drive team execution.
- Coach and mentor teams in Agile and Scrum practices to improve delivery and foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to prioritize backlog, remove impediments, and ensure seamless project progress including handling high-level blockers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or in similar roles.
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with SAFe methodologies and practical Scrum and Agile processes knowledge.
- Strong foundation in traditional IT delivery environments; DevOps and cloud delivery experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Scrum Master with a servant leadership mindset and a flexible approach combining Agile, traditional IT, and DevOps workflows.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills with ability to handle diverse technical backgrounds and learning curves.
- Experience or domain knowledge in the automotive industry and familiarity with IoT ecosystems is strongly preferred.
