Experienced in managing large-scale access recertification or IAM projects within global, multicultural teams.
Strong technical skills with knowledge of IAM platforms, IT governance, cloud basics (Google Cloud preferred), and IT service management.
Capable of process improvement, stakeholder engagement across distributed teams, and leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and problem solving.
