About This Role
- Lead architecture, development, and modernization of enterprise-grade mobile platforms across iOS, Android, and shared components.
- Drive delivery of high-impact, reliable, secure, and scalable mobile features including AI-driven intelligent mobile capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, managing end-to-end mobile projects and influencing mobile platform direction across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional software development experience including significant hands-on mobile engineering.
- Proven experience with iOS and Android development using Swift and Kotlin, plus cross-platform mobile frameworks.
- Experience applying AI-assisted development tools and AI-driven engineering practices in mobile contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior technologist comfortable leading end-to-end mobile initiatives independently with broad autonomy and stakeholder influence.
- Experienced in balancing native and cross-platform mobile architecture tradeoffs prioritizing performance, security, maintainability, and delivery speed.
- Capable of integrating AI-enabled mobile experiences responsibly, with strong understanding of mobile security, compliance, and modern mobile engineering workflows.
