Experience with monitoring and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SCOM) and understanding of ITIL processes.
Experienced in first-level IT infrastructure monitoring and support in 24/7 rotational shift environments including night shifts.
Proficient in multi-domain infrastructure tasks spanning compute, networking, storage, and cloud platforms with relevant certifications (Microsoft, VMware, CCNA, ITIL Intermediate) as a plus.
Capable of independently managing incident handling, escalation, and routine infrastructure operations under shift constraints.
