Experience managing teams, preferably with over 5 years on Hogan Mainframe platform and prior Core Banking domain exposure.
Experienced leader capable of managing moderate to high risk, complex software engineering teams in banking technology environments.
Technical acumen in Mainframe and migration strategies to modern stacks, with ability to influence product and architecture decisions.
Skilled in stakeholder management and talent development with focus on building diverse, high-performing engineering teams.
