About This Role
- Design and develop Python-based applications and scalable backend services focused on AI and data-intensive drug development document generation.
- Build and optimize LLM-based solutions including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and API integrations using frontier models like Claude and GPT-4.
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces and AI-powered dashboards using React.js; conduct model performance evaluations and mentor junior developers.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years total IT experience, with at least 2 years in full stack development.
- Hands-on experience (minimum 1 year) with frontier Large Language Models (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and related prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG pipeline development.
- Proficiency in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI), React.js, RESTful APIs, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; work location Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong practical experience architecting and implementing AI solutions particularly with LLMs in a data-rich, regulated environment like drug development IT.
- Proven ability to lead technical implementation end-to-end including backend, frontend, and AI model integrations within Agile/Product teams.
- Experience mentoring developers, driving continuous learning, and maintaining quality through code reviews and best practices.
