About This Role
- Lead and drive engineering strategy and execution for a critical Decision Management Platform focused on fraud detection with requirements for low latency, high volume, and high availability.
- Own end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure software solutions including operational readiness, incident response, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing cross-functional engineering teams, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and working closely with Product and Business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10-12 years of software engineering and architecture experience including leadership roles on complex, mission-critical or distributed/scalable systems.
- Experience with fintech, digital payments, authentication, identity systems, and security/compliance such as PCI and secure SDLC.
- Experience with operational aspects such as reliability engineering, observability, incident management, and service reliability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineering leader skilled in managing platform-scale transformations and high-volume transaction systems in fintech or related domains.
- Strong strategic and operational focus with ability to align engineering execution with business and financial goals including budgeting and resource planning.
- Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts to executive leadership and stakeholders, driving cross-functional collaboration and engineering best practices.
