Minimum 5 years of overall experience; 3 years if BE graduate.
On-site role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Scheduled weekly working hours: 48 hours.
Experienced in managing MEP systems within commercial facilities with focus on maintenance and vendor coordination.
Proficient in handling operational reporting, downtime management, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Ability to independently manage engineering shifts and coordinate between in-house teams and multiple external vendors.
